What attracted me to becoming a professional photographer was the ability to capture the most precious moments in another persons life, so that they may relive them through my images, and share those memories with generations to come. That core attraction is still what drives me today, with every photograph that I create whether it be at a wedding, a concert, or a corporate board room, I am capturing a moment in time. I can take a tiny measure of a second and make it last forever. It is a powerful thing, the true joy in what I do.
I have told I would be an artist since preschool, I can still remember the amazement of the teachers at a painting I made of flowers at how good I was. I still have that painting. Photography and computer graphics have been my main love, since I really am not that great of a painter! I've been at this for almost twenty years for my own pleasure. After many miserable desk jobs, I feel truly blessed that I have been able to turn these passions so dear to me in to my career.
I have had the opportunity in my life to work in various industries, and each job that I have held I have watched the environment around me knowing I would some day put my observations to use for myself. I have considered the good and the bad, and built a foundation on my experiences. Businesses today are very impersonal, and have let customer service suffer to build profits. I aim to build relationships with our clients that will be long and mutually satisfying for everyone involved. I hope that the grandchildren of my wedding couples will call me to do their senior portraits, or their advertising for their own companies some day. Every time I get poor service (more than I care to say) I am reminded of what my own clients want, and don't want to experience. My commitment to you, my customer, is that you will be satisfied with my product, my contractors, my services and myself - no exceptions!
